As care needs increase due to aging, disease and injury, Baby Boomers prefer to remain independent for as long as possible. But when they need help, they rely on family to fill the gap. As they live longer and are not interested in long-term institutionalized care, our society must find new solutions.

We need new solutions for both the care of our aging population but also for their employed family members who step up to help out.

Without these innovations, employees will be unable to sustain their income, careers, and lifestyle choices.

Through CareWise Solutions, Jeannette highlights the impacts of the American Employment Caregiver Crisis. This is a shift in the focus of caregiving towards business and institutional involvement and away from the traditional individual family focus.

It is occurring because at least 55% of today’s workforce are employee caregivers for aging parents, and the healthcare-oriented family care system fails to meet the multifaceted needs of today’s employee-caregivers and their families. This is well over 53M employee-caregivers and their families.

Our Team

CareWise Solutions has convened a global team bringing innovative solutions in a new marketplace- a work-life and caring ecosystem. CareWise Solutions for employers and employee-caregivers is our specialty.

We are a modest entrepreneurial group living and working in the United States, South America, India, Pakistan, Australia, Ukraine, the Philippines, and the UK. Core to our team for the past 5 years has been Melody S Wright, freelance content writer, editor, strategist, and project coordinator. We appreciate her skills, knowledge, and understanding of caregiving dilemmas.

Most members of our team bring personal experience in the dual role of being a caregiver and earning a living. That definitely increases our sensitivity and makes our words much more than just talk. We know that you need solutions!

CareWise Solutions-org is a non-profit educational organization. We have an affiliate relationship with CareWise Solutions-com that donates 10% of sales to the non-profit arm. We focus on activating a generational shift in line with the Baby Boomer Generation's aging, life, and care expectations. The Baby Boomer generation has always had high expectations, and we see no reason that should stop now.
